Oh geez,

This was a tough week. Emails from folks that just should not represent good products.

Like an email is informal, spelling mistakes will happen. Whats funny is when someone is heated and replying about grammar, do they themselves use good grammar. The answer is no they don't.

I don't see the problem with reps kindly replying with their thoughts, Even criticisms. Just don't be a hypocrite at the same time huh ?

I do this as a hobby, my attitude shows it. If your attitude has changed maybe, just maybe you would do good to take a break and build something.
